As these are natural cosmetics products, Om Made will only accept a return request in the event of an error with the product model received. This means that in the event that you receive the wrong product, you can notify us via the web form or email ommadecare@gmail.com with the subject "RETURN" next to your order number and we will handle it as soon as possible.
When you return a product you will be able to opt for:
- Refund the amount paid.
- Ask for the correct product to be sent to you (in cases of return by mistake). In this case, we will pay for the return shipping costs and the delivery of the correct product.
However, for the return to be accepted by Om Made it must meet the following conditions:
- Products must be returned within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the order by the Customer.
- Products must be returned in their original box/packaging.
- Products must not have been opened or used.
- Products that are in poor condition will not be accepted.
